Construction Update on New Campus as of 6/20

Construction is proceeding as expected and is ON TIME! This is a photo of the Tinker Lab on the second floor.
Drywall installation is nearly complete on all floors. The current focus is on the exterior walls and finishing the partition returns into the new window trim. Framing on the 5th floor is underway as the mechanical, electrical, and plumbing installation continues. Taping and sanding of the remaining areas is starting this week. Window installation on the East wall and the elevator lobby is complete. The doors frames will be installed this week and the masonry infill around the frames will follow on a floor by floor basis. On the exterior – the site grading is complete in the area South of the building. The new wrought iron fence along Morgan has been installed!
